The company is an international provider of multichannel catalog, sales configurator and PLM software solutions
to the communications industry. Our Cameleon SC Suite provides Communication Services Providers (CSP) with
innovative solutions to optimize multichannel selling and ordering processes for services, plans, packages
and bundles.

They are a public company headquartered in Toulouse, France and has North American headquarters in
Skokie, Illinois. Our revenues grew by 16% in 2008, on top of 20% growth in 2007, and we are looking to continue
our growth even during these challenging economic times.

We’re looking for a Software Sales hunter with 3-5 years demonstrated success selling BSS/OSS (Catalog, CRM, Billing, E-commerce)
software to communication services providers. Candidates must have recent experience selling BSS/OSS to this industry. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, articulate sales professional with proven analytical, negotiation and collaboration skills; plus superior written, active-listening, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Sell software licenses, maintenance contracts and professional services to new CSP customers throughout the
territory.

- Identify prospects, determine business issues, propose appropriate solutions, present solution benefits,
coordinate product demonstrations, negotiate contract for product and services and close new account business at
or above specified sales goals.

- Prospecting and lead generation

- Manage and coordinate the entire sales cycle

- Create proposals and negotiate contracts

- Meet or exceed revenue targets

- Control the cost of sales

- Build executive and peer relationships with customers

- Territory and account planning

- Timely and accurate sales reporting

This position requires experience selling to the communications industry (service providers) and knowledge of
BSS/OSS systems.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree

- 3+ years software sales experience

- Track record exceeding quota

- Contacts in the communications industry

- Understanding of BSS/OSS applications
