After a 20 year successful software sales career, Mike Lents joined Elite Recruiters as a Partner in 2004.  Mike and his Partner, Todd Eikenberry have a combined 12 years of recruiting experience.  Mike’s differentiator as a recruiter is his first hand sales experience with Siebel Systems, Hyperion, Brio Technology and Platinum Technology.  He has the ability to relate to tier one candidates as well as hiring managers.  His focus is specifically software sales, pre-sales and sales management placements.  Mike and Todd have recruited for Google, SAP, Oracle, CA, Endeca, VMware, SuccessFactors, Paisley, Tibco, Exacttarget, and other companies of all sizes.
